Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,

There is possibility that parasympathetic nerves which connect your sexual functions with spine were damaged during surgery. There is need for complete evaluation as without it, will not be possible to cure/manage the problem in conclusive manner.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar,
Psychiatrist
