What Causes Epithelial Cells And Calcium Crystals In Urine?

hi
my urine report shows few epithelial cells and calc. oxalate xstals. rest parameters are fine. tsh is 6.28 n T3 and T4 r well w/in d range. immediate symptom is swelling in lower limbs when seated for long time. general symptoms r feeling of fatigue and sleepiness n also numbness in arms while asleep in d night. pls advise me if symptoms r related to hypothyroidism or else there is something wrong with d kidneys.

Hello,

The urine showing epithelial cells and calcium crystals suggest infection with possible calculus in the urinary system. The high level of TSH suggest underlying hypothyroidism condition and needs supplemental thyroid hormones in the form of tablets.
