What Causes Episodes Of Chest Pain And Fatigue?
Yes thank you. My husband has had chest pains in the past and we have gone to the hospital and done all the test. His cardiologist couldn t find anything wrong but changed his high blood pressure medicine and added cholesterol medicine. He has sleep apnea and wears a mask at night. He had another episode last night. I gave him aspirin which helps but he is still is some pain today. He can t get in to see his doctor until Thursday. His paid is in his chest bone and radiates to his back and up into his shoulder. His blood pressure is slightly higher. He has lots of fatigue. Could this be something other than his heart?

I really appreciate your concern, if the heart disease being ruled out then I would suggest to try some hyperacidity medicine and best option is Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day at evening time, it is better to avoid heavy meal, coffee, smoking, alcohol prior to bed hope this information helps.
