What Causes Enuresis?

Im a 15 year old male and wet the bed for the first time last night since i was six, i had been drinking (very little) for the first time ever and i heard it could be the cause. Also i fell asleep with my window open and it was very cold in the morning. The last thing is that i was having a nightmare and it was very freaky and right before i woke up with the pea i was peeing in the dream?
