What Causes Enlargement Of Blood Vessels?

I am 65 years of age, female, 5'3", 163 pounds, cholesterol a little high, never had any other medical problems, just started to notice blood vessels in my hands enlarged, and just this morning noticed the blood vessels across the upper chest showing through my skin, but not enlarged. I don't take any medication, but I do take vitamin supplements.

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Venous TOS(Thorasic OUtlet Syndrome) with changed space dynamics related with First rib and clavicle, caused by the geriatric bony and postural changes in the Costo-Claviular space with Changed Scalene Anticus and pectoralis minor muscle compressions on the Subclavian and axillary veins.
Regualr Mobilisation of the Shoulder girdle by 10 mts each exercises 2 times a day would keep this system in functioning levels and would resolve your worry.
Consults from Surgeon and Chest Surgeon would help you to plan further treatment if need be, after needful -X-ray neck for Cerivical Rib-hidden / or fracture of clavicle in your case.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day!!
