Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Polyps in uterus are mainly due to endometrial hyperplasia which is caused by overactivity of estrogen hormone.
Weight gain can be due to estrogen hormone overactivity.
I would suggest you to get its biopsy done to confirm the diagnosis and get further management accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
