What Causes Elevation In Sodium And Alkaline Phosphate Levels?

Recently had lab work done, which came back with high sodium serum, low alkaline phosphate, high iron total (increased from last test two months ago), high transferrin saturation (increases from last test two months ago), low unbound IBC, high MCH and high MCV. I do have hemochromatosis. In the past, my iron levels have always been abnormal, but never the other tests. Can you tell me what may be causing all of this?
