Hello,

You may be suffering from resistant hypertension. What about your serum creatinine levels and what about estimated GFR? Possible causes are obstructive sleep apnea, renal parenchymal or underlying chronic kidney disease, Aortic stenosis or left ventricular hypertrophy et cetera.

You can use calcium channel blockers like Cilnidipine according to blood pressure. You may need to consult your cardiologist he will examine for other secondary causes and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
