The result of liver function tests shown above is highly suggestive of inflammation of liver (hepatitis). Hepatitis is caused by viral infections like Hepatitis A, B, C, etc. which needs to be confirmed by suitable serological test. Other conditions where these abnormal tests are observed include cirrhosis of liver, obstructive jaundice, etc. So, additional tests that may be required are Alkaline phosphatase, Gamma glutamyl transpeptidase, abdominal ultrasound, etc. So, as per the advice of your doctor get the additional lab tests to come to a conclusion. Meanwhile avoid taking alcohol, drugs like Paracetamol, sleeping pills, eat fresh fruits, avoid fatty meals. Wishing you a speedy recovery from the present illness. Take care.
