hi.

noted history of elevated liver enzymes. causes of such could be inflammatory/infective (i.e. hepatitis) or obstructive (gallstones, tumor/lesions) in origin. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a gastroenterologist or a general surgeon, for clinical evaluation and physical examination. diagnostics (such as ultrasound, ct-scan, etc.) and management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
