Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
Based on the laboratory values you have mentioned, it states that there is an increase in most of the enzymes by 2 to 3 fold above normal, namely GGTP, SGOT and SGPT levels, except for that of ALP.
It is indicative of hepatocellular lesion, most probably fatty changes in liver called 'non-alcoholic steatohepatitis'.
You need to get an ultrasound scan of abdomen as alteration in liver enzymes does not help to diagnose the underlying cause.
Kindly consult Gastroenterologist with the report for proper evaluation and management.
