What Causes Elevated Liver Enzyme Levels During Pregnancy?
Hello Mam I m 32 weeks pregnant and my bilirubin is 1.86 sgot and sgpt is 225 and 286 alkaline phosphate is 379. No sign of abdomen pain.my doctor has suggested to take udilliv 300 3times daily.Is it safe to take these medicines.i have severe itching all over my body.how to get rid of this problem and what is your suggestion?

Liver enzymes may get elevated during late pregnancy and this may lead to elevated bilirubin and elevated liver enzymes.
Elevation of liver enzymes and bilirubin is due to bile stasis and it is common in late pregnancy.
Bile stasis is responsible for the itching all over the body.
