Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Is the diarrhea and vomiting still persisting? Was there any jaundice? Are they otherwise active, playful and thriving well? If yes, chance of a significant illness is unlikely. Loose stools, vomiting and elevated liver enzymes can happen in some viral infections or viral hepatitis too. To comment on what exactly is the problem, I need to go through all the reports and few more clinical details. If you need assistance, kindly get back with details.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
