General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your high ERS (72) and high WBC (11300) are indicating possible infection in your body. Hair follicles on your butt and swelling in your external vagina are suggestive that the site of infection is your genitalia. Please consult further with your gynecologist as you need to take prescription antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini
