Hello,

I would like to tell you that heart rate depends on your activity levels if you are very much active in routine your bpm will be on the lower side and more you are inactive your HR will be on higher side.

Epigastric discomfort can be because of both stomach and heart but needs evaluation to exclude underlying heart disease.

To prevent heart disease you need lifestyle modification such as:
- Stop smoking and drinking
- Daily Physical activity for 40 minutes
- Go for DASH Diet

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhanu Partap
