What Causes Elevated Estrogen Levels After Stopping Birth Control Pills?

my daughter went off birth control and said now her estrogen levels are high. somewhere she was told she needs to eat more fruits and veggies (which i believe is true of all of us) she has been on birth control for years. early on due to irregular menstrations

Seems like high estrogen was the cause of irregular menstrual periods in the first place. Birth control medicines just provide the hormones from outside and their withdrawal leads to period like bleeding. High estrogen in the body could be a response to stress hormones or also genetically determines as in pcod. Manage a healthy weight, eat better, relieve stress. Get yourself tested for pcod profile and consult a gyneac for a pelvic ultrasound to see any underlying Pathology in case conception is the issue
