What Causes Elevated Body Temperature Along With Vomiting And Diarrhea?

I have been dealing with getting very hot all over my body then get feeling weak than start throwing up and having diarrea at the same time. Been to the hospital for this have had my esphagus streched had emergency surgery what they diagnosed as chrons which did not solve my problem What could be causing this .

Hi,

By your history and description, possibility of flare up of chrons disease is more likely. Diarrhea, vomiting, fever etc are suggestive of intestinal infection. And this is commonly seen with chrons disease because of flare up.

So better to consult gastroenterologist and get done blood reports, lower GI (gastrointestinal) scopy and CT Abdomen. You may need immunosuppressive drugs and antibiotics.
