What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Levels?

I am a 61 y/o female caucasian of average weight. I am also an avid exerciser. Recently my blood pressure began increasing to about 128 over 85. My purse rate ranges between 50 and 196 today with strenuous exercise. Do I need to take medication for blood pressure issues?

given blood pressure is normal and you need not take any treatment can restrict salt in your diet and few days rest. should have sound sleep in night and take regular morning walk. increase socialization. yoga band meditation may help you.increase your reading habit. take bland diet fresh fruits and vegetable.
