What Causes Elevated LDL And HDL Levels?

my LDL is suddenly showing 4.57 HDL is showing 1.20 TRIG 0.94 and total cholesterol 5.69 although I practice everyday with a very healthy low fats diet and no history of family issues with cholesterol. My lifestyle is very healthy and cannot get why I have these sudden raise in my results. I repeated the test and still in these ranges I m 43 and my height is 176 cm with 81 KG weight I had a urine test and it shows blood 40-50 with no signs of with 2-4 bus only

Seeing your blood test results I under that you are having increased levels of cholesterol and triglycerides. At this high-level medications are needed. Also, follow a low lipid diet.
