Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
I understand your concern.
I am Dr. Arun Tank, infectious diseases specialist, answering your query.

TL operation never causes high beta HCG.

It is likely to be some malignant condition.

Some malignancy of the genital system can cause increase on the HCG level. Or you may be pregnant again that's causing increase in the HCG level.

In both of this situation you can do USG abdomen. It will differentiate both this situation, and help in further management of the condition.

I will be happy to answer your further concern, you can ask me on bit.ly/DrArun.
Thank you.
