What Causes Elevated ESR Level And Amniotic Fluids?
29th week of pregnancy: high esr, increased amniotic fluids. No inflammation can be found. Sterile vaginal secretion (no growth of any bacteria occured) that the elevated esr can be attributed to. No fetal defect is seen on ultrasound. What could be the cause?

Hi..after reading your case if I would be your doctor then would rule out other common conditions responsible for elevated ESR..
1. Anemia by doing hemoglobin level & peripheral blood smear
2. Systemic infection like tuberculosis by doing sputam examination
I would prefer to do test to rule out gestational diabetes which may be cause of increase liquor & ESR..
