Hi, I have elevated blood pressure, tachycardia when standing, squeezing sensation in my chest around left shoulder and neck and a chronic cough that increases with activity. I have also noticed some bright colored blood in my sputum. I have a clean chest X-ray, clean echocardiogram, normal ECG and a recent CAT-scan of my aorta is also non-alarming. The chest discomfort intensifies at rest and is not constant. Additional symptoms: Headache, enlarged blood vessels in my eyes, intermittent kidney discomfort, bluish fingernails, intermittent tingling of left hand fingers and feet.
