What Causes Elevated BP And Dizziness?

My dad was diagnosed of a heart enlargement in the Philippines during his vacation last year. Most of his meds are gone.
Found out that his BP earlier is 104/58 & has been feeling dizzy the past 2 days. what can we do at this time? Should I be worried abt his BP?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

This blood pressure may be normal for some persons but if it is abnormally low for him then it is likely contributing to his dizziness.
If it is low for him, then concern would be warrented.

If his medications have gone, he needs to revisit his doctor to be assessed and medications re prescribed if needed.

I hope this helps
