What Causes Electric Shocks On The Tragus Of The Ear And Headache?

I m having electrical shocks on the tragus of my ear. It s been happening for 3 weeks but today I m feeling it more . It s accompanied with a headache and a weakness in the jaw. Oddly enough, it s happening on both the right side and the left side. I am 35 years old (woman). What could be the cause of this and what should I do? Should I consult a neurologist or go for an MRI?
