What Causes Edema In The Ankles And Fingers?

I am seeing swelling, most noticeably in my fingers and ankles, which is unusual for me. Also, I often feel like my arms, hands, and fingers are going to sleep . In addition, they often feel numb and tingly. I wonder if my medication combo could be contributing to the swelling. I am taking prozac 10 mg in the morning for anxiety and mild depression and trazodone 150 mg at night for sleep. I also take gabapentin 900 mg at night, along with Relora Calm and melatonin. My periods stopped recently as well. This has been going on for approx four months and is getting gradually worse.
