What Causes Early Period After Unprotected Sex?

Hi my name is Jess and I have a question regarding my menstrual cycle and sex. I usually get my period on the 6-8th every month and it finally started to regulate but I am not on birth control. I had sex last night and for the most part it was protected but the last part was not, but he did not finish inside of me. I got my period two days early and I am freaking out. Should I be concerned or should I take plan b?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Period before the two days is completely normal.
No chance of pregnancy in presence of period.

Menstrual cycle depends on so many factors:
Eating habits.
Stress, weight, thyroid disorder, recent illness.

So i think it s completely normal.

Use safer sex practice to avoid unwanted pregnancy

Best regards
Dr. Sagar
