What causes earaches and headaches?

Hi I am suffering from earaches and headaches daily. Severe Migranes. To where I get under the cover and cry myself to sleep. Also, I wake up in the middle of the night sometimes and begin vomiting. Any idea what could be wrong with me ? I fear its something serious.
