What Causes Earache Along With Low Grade Fever And Dizziness?

Hi, I have had ear pain for the past two months and four the past four weeks have a daily low grade fever that lasts for several hours and usually goes back to normal by the morning. I have been feeling dizzy for the past week. I went to an ENT about 10 days ago. He didn t look it my ears but only looked in my throat using a scope through my nose. He said he thought it could be viral our be related to Acid Reflux (which I know it s not). Please advise as to where I should go for help. The pain in my ears is terrible and I am currently flushed and running a 100 degree temperature. Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You need to consult your otorhinolaryngologist ( ENT doctor ) to examine your ear using an otoscope for the possibility of ear infection. You can take analgesics like ibuprofen to relieve your symptom a little before visiting your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abed Tahrawi
