What Causes Ear Popping And Liquid Discharge?

I was sitting on the couch , when suddenly my ear popped and clear liquid came out. I was then rubbing my ear and every time i touched my temple area or inner part of ear i herd a wooshing sound. sounded like a dishwasher washing dishes , or like cartridge was grinding

HI.
This is due to asymptomatic middle ear collection of secretions transmitted usually from the nose.
I would advise such a patient to undergo an ENT Endoscopy , relevant blood and urine tests and if required CT scan of the paranasal sinuses/

Do not worry.
Take a proper treatment of antibiotics , antihistamine and anti-inflammatory medicines for 1 to 3 weeks and you may be cured.
Do not blow nose.
