ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, you seem to be having pain in relation to the incision line which was made for your surgery. During surgery to approach a tumour one has to pass through the normal areas after cutting these. These normal areas have nerves which are cut while making this approach and this is a natural thing. This can lead to pain in that region which can be severe in some cases. This usually gets normal in some time but 4 months is a short period for that. The other reason can be a pain because of nerves which can be a sequel of brain surgery. Both these conditions are treated by medicines and needproper evaluation. Please visit your doctor and let him/her assess. Regards
