ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello

It is likely that you have developed a perforation in your ear drum due to the slap and his is causing the pain while washing.
Please dont worry , just keep the ear dry and avoid straining like weight lifting and you will be fine in 1-2 weeks.
If you develop more pain , vomiting , ringing sensation or pus discharge from you ear , please meet your ent doctor for examination and further advice.

Thanks
