HELLO

Flaky scabs are generally not due to an infection and you may actually be having an allergy or what is called as dandruff of the ear as seen in seborrhic dermatitis.
I would like you to meet a allergy specialist or a skin doctor , he will examine you and give you an ointment/drops , which will help you.

Thanks
