Hi,

I am sorry for the ear infection your boy is going through.

1. You should give him the medications as prescribed by his doctor (i.e. oral antibiotics and ear drops).

2. Give him acetaminophen at bedtime and when having fever to ease his pain and fever respectively.

3. Give him more fluids (water, juice) to keep him well hydrated.

4. Vitamins supplementation would help boost his immunity.

Wish fast recovery!
