What Causes Ear Drainage?

my ear I d draining, and at night I could feel something moving in my ear, it s been months but now it seems to be getting worse. I have spotted these white bubbles full of liquid in my ear and treated them with a solution that seemed to have worked, because when I checked they empty. Any idea what this could be?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Feeling something moving in the ear could be due to some insect entrapped inside the ear and causing irritation.
Drainage of liquid from ear along with bubbles is suggestive of infection.
The entrapped insect or some other foreign body could be the possible cause of infection and thus drainage.
You need to consult an ENT specialist for clinical assessment of the ear.
In case any foreign body or insect is seen, it needs to be removed and the infection needs to be treated with appropriate antibiotics.
Thus, consult an ENT specialist at the earliest.

Thanks and take care
