What causes ear drainage?

hey, this problem has been happening ever since i was little and i really need a solution. whenever i drink/eat or something that contains liquid like water,or oranges, i could feel the water coming out of my ear the next instant ? why is that? what can i do to fix it?

Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of feeling of water coming out of the ear on taking any liquid.
This also means that there is no actual water coming out of it.
This occurs due to the referred feeling as the nerves supply is similar for the throat and the part of the ear. Whenever you get sensation of the liquid in the throat you ought to get that referred feeling in the ear.
I would advise you the following:
Get an ENT Endoscopy to ascertain the cause and get treated accordingly as there is a possibility of an enlarged tonsil on the same side or a mass.
Otherwise this is not a serious issue.
