What Causes Ear Ache And Swollen Lymph Node?

I️ have a severe left ear ache and gland is swollen.my left side of face is drooping and numb feeling. my left eye won’t close. Went to ER. They ruled our stroke , diagnosed me with bell palsy. Gave me eye ointment,an antiviral med asiclovier and prednisone. On meds for 6 days with no improvement. Ear has become more painful. Does this sound like Bell’s palsy? Should I️ be on an antibiotic?

it can be furanchulosis or tympanists or simply wax. avoid taking head bath for sometime. if wax then can apply dewax teardrop followed by syringing. get examined by ent surgeon and take advise for treatment since glands are effected there is inflammatory focus stoke is ruled out but for bells palsy action of facials nerve is to be tested. exposer keratitis should be treated. can use refresh eye teardrop.
