What Causes Ear Ache And Stiffness In Neck?

Hi, I have graves disease, I had radioactive iodine treatment and now have hypo active. It is not under control hasn t been in four years. I take 3.5 MCG synthroid my level as of last week was 31.86 not sure if these things are related or not...when I first started having hypo..I gained close to 100 lbs. Eating one meal a day as I have always done. Now, since July I have lost over 20 lbs, doing nothing different, I started getting bad earahes, never had them before, I take spells that the back of my neck gets very stiff n painful, now as of the other day I developed a lump on the front right hand side of my throat, painful. Any ideas would be appreciated
