What Causes Dysuria And Incontinence Despite Being On Climax Medication?

I am a 69 year old male with BPH, diagnosed a number of years ago. Recently, I have experienced symptoms of urinary obstruction, decreased flow, pain, leaking, frequently having to go 4 times a night. I am currently taking only climax. What do you think is causing more pain and incontinence ? Thanks Richard I meant I am taking flow max

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per my clinical experience, the tamsulosin hydrochloride is known to give side effect in terms of painful urination and dysuria. Though incontinence is not a usual presentation, I recommend to discontinue the drug at present and consult your urologist for change of molecule and further guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
