Neurologist 's  Response
Hello dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Your symptoms are like presyncopal attacks precipitated by sudden change in posture in predisposed patient.
You should be evaluated for postural hypotension, blood pressure, cardiac assessment.
Neck xray may be required in elderly patients with previous history of neck pain.
For treatment you should arise from supine or seated posture in a gradual manner.
You can increase your fluid and salt intake, lower limb stockings may also be helpful.
You should consult a neurologist.
Hope you recover early.
Wishing you good health
