What Causes Dumping Syndrome After Having Fish?

hello doctor actually I am having problem by eating fish this allergy always happen whenever I am eating it after long time i eaten fish very small pis before 2 days since that time still havent use toilet but my stomach is dump now I am not feeling well plz suggest me what should i do even I have not eaten any thing even i am not feeling hungry yet my stomach is still dump plz suggest plz

I appreciate your concern but what the symptoms you have stated here are not pure indication of see food allergy but it could be due to dyspepsia and it could be associated with some infection I would be suggest to give try the symptoms with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, till then have very light diet like leafy vegetable drink more water, and just on safe side Diphenhydramine tablet can be tried for allergic disorders it can be taken twice in day, hope this information helps.
