What Causes Dull Headache And Sore Neck?
Hello, Ive had a dull ache on the left back side of my head for approx 9 days now..,my neck is also a little sore..the ache is mainly behind my ear and down the back of my head. I have a 1 yr old at home that I carry wuite a bit but not really sure whats going on bc its not an unbeareable pain just like a pull and ache.

Hello,
I had gone through the case and found that it might be muscle spasm which causes pain.
Take mild painkiller and apply muscle relaxant ointment and avoid pillow. Do neck exercise for relaxation.
If it persist then go for cervical X-ray to rule out cervical spondylosis.
