What Causes Dull Headache And Cold Sensation On The Head?

I am recently recovering from sinusitis, but there has been a lingering dull headache left behind and sometimes it feels like there is an icy cold sensation on top of my head...its the cold sensation that is making my anxiety worse, any ideas what it could be.

Hi welcome to HCM....

Your headache is because of reffred headache from sinusitis .....

If your symptoms are from long duration and severe than antibiotic like cefixime given for 5 days. ...

Take steam inhalation three times a day which help in sinus drainage ..

Take decongestent like benadryl antihistaminic drug ....

More water ...

Avoid smoking ....

Take oxymetazoline nasal spray for three days ....

For headache simply take paracetamol ..

If not improving than consult ENT surgeon for that ....
