What Causes Dull Green Bowel Movement?

Hello, My six month old baby is having clay like dull green poop recently.the frequency of the stool has also increased considerably( almost 10 diapers per day) the last two days , producing diaper rash every time he poops. Is this condition normal ? please help me out. Thank you Swaroopa.

It is not normal to change 10 diaper per day. It looks like there is some infection in stomach of your baby, it may be either bacterial, viral or parasitic. So better consult any pediatrician near by for the exact diagnosis & treatment.

I usually prescribe initially to my patients syrup-Oflox-OZ 2.5 ml two times in a day for 5 days. If it does not subside, get a stool examination done to find out the cause Or causative organism.
