What Causes Dull Ache In Tailbone?

My tail bone has a dull ache after sitting for a while upon rising. I m 62. Is this just part of getting older? I don t have as much padding as I use to have when I was younger. Can this be attributed to bad posture for years? Is this really a tail bone we are talking about or the pelvis?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be due to bone condition because of the age and it is not the disease and this is nothing to worry, take care for good posture and stop worrying about this, hope this information helps.
