dear
It seems we are having a penile infection here.As the glans is affected,is it pain ful?
Have you started any medication or topical lotion .
The skin cuts need to be applied with a topical antibiotic ointment to prevent secondary infection.
We usually advise abstinence during this period .
More over please do the necessary blood tests with the consultation to a skin,vd specialist.
hope this helps.
welcome for further queries.
