General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
In the way you describe it seems it might be Diabetes which is a condition when the produce of insulin in your body is reduced and this leads to high sugar level in blood.

The common symptoms of Diabetes are:-frequent urination that leads to dehydration (this can be the cause of your dry mouth)
-Weight loss
-Loss of appetite
-recurrent infections.

I suggest to consult a physician and get the blood sugar test done. After confirming the diagnosis he can prescribe you the right treatment.
Meanwhile be careful and drink plenty of fluids.

Hope it helps.
Take care.
