What Causes Dry Mouth, Loss Of Appetite And Fatigue In A Person With COPD?

I m a 66-year-old retired male in seemingly good health. I walk uphill one hour every day and stay active. My problem is that I frequently wake up after four hours with an increased heart rate and strongly radiating heat. I drink substantial amounts of water during the day and have water next to the bed at night, so I don t think I m dehydrated. I don t have this symptom during the day, just at night and usually 3-4 hours after falling asleep. Do I have a heart problem or some kind of male menopause?

I really appreciate your concern, it is the nonspecific kind of symptoms of course it can be due to menopause or hormone changes, but important is to get done the cardiac evaluation test hope this information helps.
