What Causes Dry Mouth And Stomach Gurgling?
I have noticed that my chest is making gurgling sounds in the past two days. I don't have a cough, headache, sore throat, fever, chills or any noticeable aches and pains. I have a very dry mouth though. Before the gurgling started, I was experiencing chest tightness.
