What Causes Dry Lips And Raised Heart Beats?
hi i have been dehydrated before during the summer it kinda seen like it came a few days ago i had a dry mouth and throat but i been drinking water and it got better but now my lips been alil dry and kinda strong heart rate does this mean i need more water urine is clear too

It may not be the dehydration if have dry lips or feeling dry in throat but it could be suggestive of infection, if no fluid loss is there like vomiting, diarrhea, or less water or no water intake then it is not the dehydration, so first of all underlying cause of dry lips and throat need to be found out and it could be infection, till then you can have more drinking water.
