What Causes Dry Cough, Swollen Eyelids And Body Ache?
My face seems to be puffy especially on my upper eyelids. I have flu like symptoms-fever, body ache, dry cough. I just visited the doctor last week, taken cbc, urinalysis and the doctor said I have infection and my urinalysis is normal. He gave me azythromycin and fludrex. However, until now, I still have puffy face and get fever especially in the afternoon. Prior to this, I was having dry cough for several weeks already and the doctor gave me antihistamine and corticosteroid for my allergies. Please enlighten me on what I am going thru and please tell me what to do next. Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of infection and it is the urinary tract affected then better to ruled out the possibility of nephritis, till then steroid needs to be avoided hope this information helps.
